CW 66-2 WILLIAMSBURG DINING TABLE BY KITTINGER

This solid mahogany table is a reproduction of a late 18th Century English antique. It is available with one or two 24" leaves for seating of up to eight or ten, respectively.

Height 28 1/2″; Width 48″; Length 66 1/2″ with One or Two Leaves extends to 90 1/2″ and 114 1/2″.

This magnificent Neoclassic reproduction of a Boston table, circa 1810, was designed to be portable and store compactly. This particular dining table is the first made by Kittinger for the Colonial Williamsburg Reproduction Program and, therefore, is extremely rare. Made of figurative mahogany with extensive reeding, this table has two gates supported by tapered columnar posts and splayed legs with brass paw feet and casters. This is a perfect table for intimate dining.

CW134 WILLIAMSBURG DROP-LEAF TABLE BY KITTINGER

This Rococo style table is an exact reproduction of a New England antique, circa 1750. Made of mahogany, this table has retained the clean lines and crisp carving of the original with its oval top and graceful cabriole legs terminating in ball and claw feet.

CW 172 WILLIAMSBURG CORNER TABLE BY KITTINGER

This reproduction 1720 Queen Anne corner table has a triangular top with a serpentine front edge and a skirt which conforms to the shape of the top. The single cabriole leg, decorated with a carved shell and pendant bellflowers, terminates in a pad foot.

CW 161 WILLIAMSBURG REVOLVING BOOK TABLE BY KITTINGER

This eminently beautiful and useful revolving book table is perfect in the library, den or office. Copied from an English antique, circa 1750, it is made of figured mahogany and provides ample storage space for books as well as for a lamp on top. It is supported by a robust turned shaft that rests on cabriole legs terminating in pad feets with brass casters for ease of movement.

CW 40 WILLIAMSBURG CANDLESTAND BY KITTINGER

This reproduction of an English antique candlestand, circa 1760, features an octagonal tray top with a hand carved pierced balcony. The tripod base is delicately turned and simply carved with cabriole legs and scroll feet. This is a very early and rare Williamsburg reproduction.

T204 PHILADELPHIA ROCOCO PEMBROKE TABLE BY KITTINGER

This exceptionally fine Kittinger Rococo style pembroke table derives its form from a Philadelphia example, circa 1770. Some of the finer points of this table are its one-board solid mahogany top, open fretwork brackets both front and rear, a deep drawer with applied cockbead molding and a matching faux drawer front at the opposite end allowing for open space use. When fully opened, this table can be used for intimate dining or as a games table.

CW 318 WILLIAMSBURG GAME TABLE BY KITTINGER

The neoclassic style of this card or gaming table is based on an 1810 Massachusetts original from the Coke-Garrett House in Colonial Williamsburg. This expertly crafted table, faithful to the original, features the elaborate use of cross-banded veneers and inlays including elaborate top edging with satinwood and ebony inlays and ebony and holly inlays on the top of the legs and aprons. This table has a wonderful lightness while a strength of overall construction. It rests firmly on shaped reeded legs terminating in high, delicately turned feet. It should be noted that this table is large enough when opened to be used for intimate dining or as a game table. When closed, it can be used as a console table or against a wall with the top up. This reproduction of a William and Mary style dressing table is copied from an original Pennsylvania, probably Philadelphia, antique dating from 1710-1720. Made of mahogany with an expansive top, this graceful lowboy features a center ogee arch on the case which rests on trumpet legs with a crossed stretcher accented by an urn finial.

8866 WILLIAMSBURG LOWBOY/DRESSING TABLE

Confident and swelling Baroque shapes and turnings distinguish furniture of the early 18th Century. This example is a reproduction of an extremely rare American dressing table in the early Baroque form made in Philadelphia, circa 1710-1720. Like the original, Baker Furniture Company crafted this table for Colonial Williamsburg from figuratively grained walnut. Beautifully proportioned, this graceful dressing table features an expansive top, center ogee front arch on the case which rests on trumpet shaped turned legs with a crossed stretcher accented by an urn finial. Originally used in the bedchamber, this table translates well today in any room setting.
